IT project manager

Daily tasks:

• Management of development projects, including the planning of project budgets and resources
• Monitor and modify the project plan
• Conclusion of contracts and control of performance
• Support in the preparation phase of public procurements
• Motivate and support the team, standing up for the needs, and negotiating

Your skills, experience, and mindset:

• Experience in project management or similar field
• Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Experience with spreadsheets, keeping track of budgets, and creating status reports
• Collaborative, proactive, open-minded, and can tolerate change
• Focused on getting things done and empowering others to follow
• Bonus: experience in working on IT projects
• Fluent in Estonian and English
