We are looking for a Data Wizard who will be dealing with Estonian healthcare data at STACC.

Requirements:
- Good Python writing and Python packet management skills
- Sense of responsibility
- Enthusiasm for personal and team growth
Good if you know and have used before
- Python packets: pandas, numpy, luigi, estnltk
- SQL and SQLAlchemy
What we offer?
You will work together with a dedicated team who is doing R&D upon the largest healthcare datasets in Estonia.
Your work is focusing on data extraction pipelines:
- You will write and manage Luigi pipelines
- You will develop and improve our tools to extract facts from Estonian medical documents (including free text parts)
- You will maintain Python packets and their dependencies in our computational server so that all other researchers are happy
Work will be accepted as a mandatory practical training course.
